I’ve come across countless people who have wanted to be a pet parent. I encourage everyone to do so, to give a beloved animal a home but I would want them to be aware of the harsh realities that come with the cute moments. This article is an ode to my pet Nala Jr who sadly passed away and I want people to know about the story because it might help someone come face-to-face with the reality of adoption so that they can love and cherish their pet the right way.
